Revised Plans for Child Care at Bolster Moor Chapel by Alison De-Barkham

I am the manager and owner of Hoppers Out of School Club which is based within Wellhouse J and I School. I work closely with the three Heights Federation schools- Clough Head, Wellhouse and Wilberlee J and I Schools. Hoppers transports and collects children from all three schools in the federation.

Over the last 3 years Hoppers has grown from strength to strength and we now have an opportunity to move into bigger premises. Hoppers will still be working closely with the Heights Federation, building stronger links with each school and continuing to work together to support your child.

Hoppers are pleased to announce that from September 2016 we will be operating from Bolster Moor Chapel. Hoppers will also open a pre-school with wrap around care at the Chapel. I will be working closely with Simon and Andrew of Bolster Moor farm who own the building and are investing money into the building so that we can provide a bigger and brighter facility for your children.

Hoppers will operate in the down stairs part of the chapel from September 2016. We will then develop upstairs and the outside area over the upcoming months.

I have created a plan to suit the modern day working family that requires full or part time day care. Children can benefit from full day care, shorter sessions, out of school care- whatever families need to enrich their child’s learning and development.

Hoppers will be open throughout the year, closing for bank holidays and the Christmas holidays. Our opening times will be 7.30 through to 6pm.

I will continue to accept all childcare vouchers to help with keeping the costs affordable for families and I will be offering the government funded places. I have set out our sessions and costs below; please note there is limited availability for some of these sessions, so please book your places as soon as possible.

Breakfast club 7.30-8.45 (breakfast provided and transport to school provided) £5.50

Morning session 8.45 -11.45 £8.50

Lunch club 11.45-12.30 (packed lunch required) £3.00
Afternoon session 12.30 – 3.30 £8.50

After school session (warm snacks provided and collection from school provided) £8.50

Full day care £34.00

I will be holding a few open days in the summer holidays for you to come in and meet your child’s Key Worker and the Hoppers team. I will confirm these dates closer to the time.

We will continue to drop and collect from Clough Head, Wellhouse and Willberlee School.
